【内容摘要】
This seminar discusses some of the challenges that organizations face when implementing enterprise systems, in particular those relating to organizational politics, learning and strategy. In this study it was found that organizational learning around strategically important issues were hindered. Also, as the dominant actors and political agendas changed, so too did the company's enterprise integration strategy. This seminar suggests the theory of organizational defensive routines for understanding how organizational learning may be hindered in politically charged environments like enterprise systems implementation.
